Using Time to Resolve Reports
Time to Resolve reports provides Administration with a historical view of invoices by vendor, user or queue and how long until full resolution. This report is helpful when doing vendor and user performance analysis. Combined with other Productivity Reports include Invoice Lifecycle and User KPI great insights can be gained into how Workflow is performing.
1. Navigate to Reports -> Productivity Reports -> PO Reports -> PO Time to Resolve

2. Click "By Vendor" or "By User"

3. For Non PO reports - Navigate to Reports -> Productivity Reports -> Non PO Reports - > Non PO Time to Approve

4. Both PO and Non PO reports allow you to search by Import, Export or Invoice date ranges. Search by Division Group or Division. PO also allows for searching by Hold Reason.

5. Search Results will provide you by User, Vendor or Approval Group all results within the searched parameters. Below is a listing by Vendor. This would provide all vendors that had a hold during the period, how many were resolved within 5 days, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days, 30 days, 45 days over more than 45 days with a total count on the right.

6. Click on any of the numbers to get a listing of the invoices within that category.

7. Results will show the following data as applicable for the report type chosen.

8. Back on the Report Search page, clicking Export All will give an Excel download of all invoices as pertains to the search results.
Excel Export will provide the grid as shown on the page without invoice details.

9. For PO invoices, to search by Hold Reason, click the Hold Reason drop down and choose the desired reason. This can only search a single reason at a time. To get a combined report, each reason will need searched and combined in Excel.

10. In the case of Additional Charge - Tax above, only Reliable Metal had a Tax hold within the period for 2 invoices.
