September 2026 Nimbello Workflow Release

During the Non PO approval process, if the user clicks on the Save Header Changes, the user may have the ability to approve the invoice even though it is not in their queue anymore. (EA22001-707)
Utilizing the new GL Category restrictions for Unit Codes for Syteline users allowed for restrictions to be added to approval groups. Those however could not be removed after added. (EA22001-719)

PO Processing:

For the PO Invoice Approval Queue, the approval was working only when the PO Type was a 2 way not a 3 way. This has been corrected. (EA22001-714)

Payment Processing:

With the August release a function to create invoices from the payment import when an original is not identified did not consistently create a new invoice. (EA22001-715)

Import\Export:

Invoice Image export has a function to hold invoices without an image for X period prior to trying to export to avoid delayed image import timing conflicts. This however left any invoice without an image unable to export the generic template when a Capture image is not available. (EA21002-588)

Added Unlock invoice button to invoice header. With the September release, invoices are locked when a user is active on the Invoice Details page. However if left unattended the invoice can stay locked with the user. Invoice Unlock as security for which users can use. (EA21002-586)
In previous release a notification message will show for users who are trying to add invalid characters to the invoice number. This however is popping for characters that are allowed. (EA22001-716)
